Shipping policy
Experience Gold Coast ships Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Domestic within Australia is charged at the following flat rates
- Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): $12.32 flat rate.
International Shipping to New Zealand only.
- New Zealand Shipping: $21.53 (AUD) flat rate.
Delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. Please allow 2-6 additional business days for standard delivery via Australia Post. Rural or remote areas may take longer (6-12 days). For international shipping to New Zealand, please allow for 5-10+ business days for standard delivery. Regional areas may take longer.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check your junk mail folder.
A few extra things to know:
Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, such as public holidays or special promotions.
Experience Gold Coast is not responsible for delays incurred or failure to deliver due to incorrectly supplied contact details, or for failure to collect items from the Post Office.
