Refund policy

We want you to feel good in your limited edition Get Up and Gold Coast PJs. If something’s not quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

If your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item, we’re here to make it right. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and notify us within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Your item is faulty
  • You received the wrong item
  • An item is missing from your order

You can request a return in either of the following ways:

  • Log in to your account and follow the prompts to start a return, or
  • Contact us at marketing@experiencegoldcoast.com

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item. A tracking number is required for all returns.

If your return is assessed and confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will provide a refund. Where a fault is confirmed, we will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition, with tags and packaging intact
  • Free from marks, makeup, deodorant or scent

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Preference changes after purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage for all returns, except where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect (in which case reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed).

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy as provided by law.
